The cashback is applicable for both online and instore hoolah
purchases made during the promotional period. The cashback is 15%
of your hoolah purchase, capped at S$30
15% cashback is applicable for multiple purchases. No minimum
spend is required
Double your cashback! and What the 10x Cashback?! will be based on
the 15% cashback you get for your first order during the
promotional period
The cashback for Double your cashback! and What the 10x Cashback?!
will be equivalent to the cashback you receive for your first
hoolah order during the promotion period. It is capped at $30 and
$300 respectively
Double your cashback! and What the 10x Cashback?! is only limited
to one redemption per user. Your account needs to be set public
and you need to have a minimum of 100 followers to qualify for
this incentive
To qualify for Double your cashback! and What the 10x Cashback?!,
please ensure that you receive an Instagram Direct Message from
us. If you do not receive the message, please reach out to us on

In order to participate in What the 10x Cashback?! a picture of
the actual item bought has to be posted on your Instagram account.
This excludes but is not limited to images of receipts,
store/brand bags, or of store display items
What the 10x Cashback?! is only applicable for in-store orders.
While we encourage consumers to promote our campaign, you need to
make a purchase with hoolah during the promotional period to
qualify for Double your cashback! and What the 10x Cashback?!
Winners for What the 10x Cashback?! will be selected on a daily
basis and announced on our Instagram page. There will be a total
of 20 lucky winners
Up to 5 lucky winners will be selected everyday. In the event, if
there are less than 5 winners per day, the prizes will be
allocated to the next day
You will not be eligible for this promotion if you process a
refund
You will not be eligible for this promotion if you make an early
repayment for any orders made during the promotion period
You will receive an email the next day to fill up your cashback
details via a survey form. In the event if you don’t receive an
email, please feel free to contact our customer support
You are required to submit your cashback details before 13
December 2020, 23:59. Customers will void their cashback if they
do not fill in by the date mentioned
Cashback will be credited to your bank account in less than 30
days after the campaign ends. There may be a delay in the transfer
of the cashback if there is missing or incorrect information from
the survey form
